Chaya Hoffman has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion industry. Chaya started their career as a Fashion Design Intern at Badgley Mischka in 2017. Chaya then went on to intern at JLM Couture, specifically working with Hayley Paige. In 2018, Chaya worked as a Freelance Fashion Illustrator for ALBERTO MAKALI and as a Market Week Volunteer at Oscar de la Renta. Chaya also had a freelance role as an Assistant Designer at PAULA VARSALONA. In the same year, Chaya started their own business called Monograms By Chaya, where they served as the Founder, Owner, and Designer until 2021. Chaya also gained experience as an Assistant Designer at TERANI Couture from 2019 to 2020. Chaya continued their freelance work as a Fashion Designer for Chaya Hoffman Occasions in 2018. Recently, they worked as a Bridal Designer & Stylist at Haas Bridal from August 2022 to December 2022. Chaya's most recent experience was as an Assistant Designer at Jenny Yoo Collection, starting in January 2023.
Chaya Hoffman attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2016, where they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Fashion Design. Chaya then continued their education at the same institute from 2016 to 2018, obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fashion Design- Special Occasion.
