Joseph Reppucci

Joseph Reppucci, MSEM, CEM, currently serves as the Lead Fire and Emergency Management Consultant at Jensen Hughes since January 2020, while also being a Board Member for the South Kingstown Little League since January 2023. Previous roles include serving as a Fire Department Advanced Emergency Medical Technician-Advanced Cardiac at the Exeter Fire District Division of EMS, and as the Healthcare Emergency Management Director for the Rhode Island Department of Health, where responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of healthcare preparedness programs and operational coordination during emergencies. Joseph has extensive experience in emergency management, operational planning, and public health, having held various positions in emergency services, healthcare, and public safety, including roles with Kingston Fire Department and Kent Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Emergency Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and dual undergraduate degrees in Criminal Justice and Environmental Studies from Northeastern University.
