Niraj Shrestha

Niraj Shrestha is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation, currently serving as the Director of Compensation and Compensation Consultant at Jenzabar since October 2018. Prior experience includes the role of Sr. Manager, Compensation at J. Jill from 2017 to 2019, as well as a Senior Compensation position at Pegasystems from 2007 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Niraj worked as a Dealer Alliance Representative in the Strategic Alliance Group at MFS Investment Management between 2004 and 2006.
