Jocelyn Damgaard-Ensinger

Jocelyn Damgaard-Ensinger possesses extensive experience in the fields of engineering and intellectual property rights. Currently serving in roles at Boeing with a focus on Intellectual Property Strategy and Protection and leading Global Trade Compliance for Jeppesen, Jocelyn previously worked as a Technology Manager at Pratt & Whitney, overseeing international trade compliance and managing engineering teams. Additional experience includes work as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Pratt & Whitney, where Jocelyn led projects on military exhaust systems, and as an Antenna Design Engineer at Micro-Ant, Inc., facilitating multi-disciplinary team collaborations on microwave antenna designs. Jocelyn holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
