Siang Chee Chew, CPA, currently serves as Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasury and Head of Treasury at JERA Global Markets since June 2017. Prior to this role, Siang Chee held the position of Chief Investment Officer at CoAssets Ltd. from June 2016 to May 2017, and served as Asia Treasurer at Mercuria Energy Trading S.A. from April 2012 to June 2016. Earlier in the career, Siang Chee was Treasury Manager at Noble Group for one year and worked as Treasury Advisor and FX Trader at Cargill from January 2008 to February 2011. Siang Chee began the professional journey as a Senior Analyst at BW Shipping Managers Pte Ltd from 2003 to 2007. Academic qualifications include a Commerce degree with a major in Accounting, Investment Finance, and Corporate Finance from The University of Western Australia (1999-2003), and earlier education at Victoria Junior College (1993-1994).
