Eisuke Ohashi currently serves as the Head of Global Compensation and Benefits at JERA Nex, a role initiated in December 2023, where responsibilities include establishing a comprehensive Global HR Function and implementing global compensation schemes. Previously, Eisuke held multiple leadership positions at Suntory Beverage & Food Europe from January 2018 to October 2023, including Director of People Excellence overseeing HR operations across eight countries and leading a global HR transformation initiative. Prior experience includes consulting roles at PwC and Towers Watson, focusing on executive compensation and incentive structures for various companies. Eisuke holds a BA in Economics and History from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
