Heather Larson

Heather Larson is an experienced professional in supply chain management and education, currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management since October 2022. Larson has been a member of the Jeremiah Program's Board of Trustees since 2015, taking on the role of Vice-Chair in 2022, focusing on strategic operations and supporting initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a lengthy career at General Mills, Larson held various leadership positions, including Vice President of North America Logistics, overseeing a large team and significant budget, and leading transformational efforts in logistics and operational processes. Larson's academic background includes an MBA in Strategic Management, Operations, and Marketing from the Carlson School of Management and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
