Charli Truscott is a Marketing Assistant at Jersey Finance, where they oversee career-focused initiatives and events, primarily managing the Life in Finance work placement scheme. They also provide support to Communications Managers in executing marketing and communications strategies. Prior to this role, Charli had various rotations at IQ-EQ as a Trainee Officer in Corporate, Private Wealth, and Funds. They also have experience as a Tommy Hilfiger Sales Assistant at Voisins Department Store Ltd, where they developed communication skills and learned the importance of customer service. Charli is currently pursuing a Level 4 Certificate in Digital Marketing from CIM.
