Tice Toomy

Tice Toomy is a Certified Field Inspector at JES Foundation Repair since June 2025 and currently serves as a 1st Lieutenant in the US Army, having previously held the position of 2nd Lieutenant. Tice worked as a Project Engineer at KBS, Inc. and coached as a Wide Receivers and Strength Coach at Glen Allen High School from July 2023 to June 2025. Tice began military training as a Cadet in the US Army from 2020 to July 2023 while studying at the Virginia Military Institute, where a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a minor in Exercise Science were earned. Additional experience includes roles as a Warehouse Specialist and Sales Clerk at Green Top Sporting Goods Corp / Green Top Shooting Range from 2020 to 2022. Tice is pursuing a Technical Certification in Transportation at the Army Logistics University.
