Rachid FAIK currently serves as the Plant Maintenance Manager at JESA S.A since July 2022, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and regulation maintenance for fertilizer production lines. Rachid holds an Engineer's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, earned between 2008 and 2013.
