Karen Gray

Karen Gray has extensive experience in aircraft charter sales, currently serving at JET 1 since October 2023 as an Aircraft Charter Sales professional. Previously, Karen worked at Custom Jet Charters from September 2021 to September 2023 in a Charter Sales role. Prior to that, Karen held the position of Director of Charter Sales and Marketing at Elite Jets from March 2018 to July 2021. A significant portion of Karen's career was spent as President and Owner of The Executive Connection from October 1999 to December 2018, managing all aspects of part 135 and 91 travel for Elite Air, alongside a similar role at Chartjet/The Executive Connection from December 2009 to March 2018 focusing on jet charter sales. Karen Gray holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has additional educational experience from the University of Central Arkansas.
