Diana Contreras-Mensah, MBA, is an accomplished IT Project Manager and Business Analyst with extensive experience in managing and implementing technical projects across various industries. Currently serving as a Business Partner at JetBlue since November 2023, Diana is involved in significant initiatives such as the Safety KPI Dashboard and the SafetyNet system implementation.
