Norman Ng

Norman Ng has been working at JetBlue since January 2006 as an Airport Operations Supervisor, where Norman manages and allocates manpower to support on-time performance goals and provides technical and operational support to crewmembers. Additionally, Norman conducts customer check-ins, verifies identification, and prepares the aircraft cabin for boarding. Prior to JetBlue, Norman worked at Best Buy as a Customer Service Representative, coordinating sales of electronics and home office solutions. Norman graduated from Briarcliffe College in 2006.
