Ariane Silva

Ariane Silva has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ariane started their career in 2010 at UNESP, where they gained practical knowledge in the areas of caprine and ovine farming, as well as cattle nutrition and horse management. In 2015, Ariane worked as an Assistant at CATI - Coordenadoria de Assistência Técnica Integral, where they were involved in extension activities related to rural farming. Ariane'sresponsibilities included reproductive management, feeding management, diet formulation, and economic monitoring of properties. Ariane then worked briefly as a Balconista at Subway in 2016, followed by a receptionist role at INCOR- RIO PRETO. Ariane also worked as a Consultant for Animal Nutrition Products at DUKAMP from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Ariane joined FARIA LIMA FLAT SERVICE as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant until 2018. Most recently, they have been employed at JetBov, initially as an Analyst of Customer Success from 2019 to 2021, and currently holds the position of Coordinator of Customer Success.

Ariane Silva received their Bachelor's degree in Zootecnia from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 2010 to 2015. In 2021, they pursued a post-graduate specialization, an MBA in Leadership and Coaching in People Management, from Uniderp until 2022. Currently, Ariane is enrolled in another post-graduate specialization program at Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" in the field of Production of Beef Cattle, with no specified end year. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Leadership Transformation in 2022 from the Instituto Brasileiro de Liderança.
