James Madden

James Madden is an experienced professional with a background in the aviation and finance sectors, currently serving as Head of Airports at Jetstar Airways since October 2012. Madden has held various leadership roles, including Head of Customer and Senior Manager in Commercial & Strategy, and has managed cabin crew operations across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand. Additionally, responsibilities include strategic management of third-party providers in the Asia Pacific region and executing key business initiatives focused on international operations.
