Kori Doherty

Kori Doherty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product ownership and management within the travel and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Senior Product Lead - Digital Retailing at Jetstar Airways since May 2021, Kori oversees various aspects of the booking flow and functionality across multiple regions. Prior to this, Kori was a Digital Producer and Product Owner at Vocus, leading a website rebuild project aimed at enhancing the B2B customer journey. Additional experiences include roles at the Victorian Building Authority, TUI, and various customer support and operational positions, where Kori successfully improved service delivery and customer experience through agile methodologies and effective team management.
