Frederic van de Vyver

Frederic Van de Vyver is a seasoned professional in the media and business development sectors, currently serving as the Head of Anglophone Africa at Jeune Afrique since November 2022. Prior to this role, Frederic held various significant positions at CNBC Africa from August 2008 to December 2022, including Executive Director of International Development and Head of West Africa, where responsibilities included managing the Lagos Bureau and enhancing the channel's reputation in the region. Additionally, Frederic worked as Executive Director West Africa at Africa Investor and has a background as Executive Director at World Investment News from 1997 to 2005. Frederic's educational foundation includes a Master's degree in Economic and Politics from Universite libre de Bruxelles, obtained between 1989 and 1995.
