David Rak

David Rak serves as Associate General Counsel and Lead Product Counsel at Airbnb, bringing extensive legal expertise to the tech industry. In addition to their role at Airbnb, David serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ and holds advisory positions at Megilla and Gaingels, where David is also an Angel Investor and Member. David is a Board Member of the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin, and Sonoma Counties. David Rak earned an A.B., cum laude from Duke University and a JD, cum laude from American University Washington College of Law.
