Robb Metz, PE, is a seasoned Senior Estimator at JHL Constructors, Inc., with extensive experience in project estimation and management within the construction industry. With a background that includes positions at Kirkland Construction and Kiewit, Robb has developed expertise in various disciplines, including erosion and sediment control, traffic control, storm water management, and structural concrete. Significant projects estimated by Robb include the $180 million Trinity River Authority Phase 3 in Dallas, TX, and the $140 million Binghamton NY Treatment Plant Restoration. Prior experience also encompasses project management roles at Contrack (international)-OCI Joint Venture, overseeing multi-million dollar facilities in Afghanistan, and project engineering with Cherry Hill Construction on various infrastructure projects. Robb holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute.
