Chantelle Allen

Chantelle Allen is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in primary health care, maternal and newborn health, and HIV service delivery. Since October 2010, Chantelle has served as a Senior Technical Advisor at Jhpiego, providing strategic oversight and support for health projects across multiple countries, focusing on technical excellence, service delivery, and project management. Previous roles include Deputy Project Director for a USAID-funded project at Management Sciences for Health, and Deputy Country Director for Adventist Development and Relief Agency in Nepal, where significant work in reproductive health and emergency response was conducted. Chantelle has also contributed to HIV/AIDS initiatives in the City of Cape Town and managed community health projects aimed at improving health care access in underserved populations. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, both from the University of Cape Town.
