Kelly Kirby

Kelly Kirby is an experienced professional in program development and proposal management within the international public health sector. Currently serving as the Associate Director for New Program Development at Jhpiego since June 2011, Kelly is responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of new business initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Proposal Manager at Jhpiego, where successful completion of complex proposals was ensured, and several positions at Futures Group International, CHF International, and Women for Women International, focusing on business development, proposal management, and sponsorship coordination. Kelly holds an M.A. in Gender, Globalization, & Development from City, University of London, and a B.A. in Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
