Luqman Safai

Luqman Safai is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in program finance and budget management across various organizations. Currently serving as Program Finance Manager at Jhpiego since November 2023, Luqman previously worked as an Accountant at Forest Trends Association from June 2021 to November 2023. Luqman's expertise includes developing budgeting guidelines for the Ministry of Justice as a Budget and Financial Management/Accounting Expert and managing a substantial budget of $600 million as a Development Program Assistant at USAID.
