Sarah Workman

Sarah Workman is an experienced professional in program development and fundraising, currently serving as the New Program Development Manager at Jhpiego since February 2021. Prior to this role, Workman worked at Initiatives of Change as a Program Development Coordinator, where significant achievements included securing the organization's largest grant. Additionally, Workman held various positions at Catholic Relief Services, including Business Development Specialist and Regional Technical Advisor, where responsibilities revolved around fundraising strategies and complex proposal development for international programs. Workman also contributed to the National Democratic Institute, managing projects aimed at strengthening democracy in Uganda and directing initiatives in Kosovo. Workman earned a B.A. in International Affairs with a focus on German from the University of Mary Washington.
