Scott Merritt

Scott Merritt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data solutions and health informatics, currently serving as Team Lead for Data Solutions at Jhpiego since October 2013. Scott's expertise encompasses leveraging technology to enhance maternal and child health service delivery across 26 countries. Prior roles include Chief Information Officer at Positive Innovation for the Next Generation, where a strategic direction for software utilization in health and education was established, and Innovation Manager at Population Services International, focused on streamlining services through technology. Additional experience includes managing significant budgets and leading technical teams at various organizations such as CTS Global, Crown Agents, and the Henry M. Jackson Foundation. Scott holds an MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield and a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
