In 2004, they took on the role of General Manager at Xinc Technologies, overseeing the establishment and subsequent sale of the business. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at MCR as the National Sales Manager. In 2014, they became the CEO of JIBB and later in 2016, they assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer at Inkerz Inc.
Masoud Douzan obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Cross University, where they studied from 2003 to 2005.
