We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator & Onboarding Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You’ll wear multiple hats—one moment scheduling interviews, the next revamping onboarding processes. You love tech, crave efficiency, and can turn chaos into seamless workflows. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility (2 days in office).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own scheduling for interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Build, optimize, and maintain structured interview flows in Workable, ensuring hiring managers have the right tools and processes in place
  • Follow up with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the process
  • Partner with hiring managers to review candidates and manage feedback loops
  • Maintain and optimize our Workable ATS, ensuring clean, organized data
  • Help  improve the onboarding experience, ensuring new hires feel welcome and ramp up quickly
  • Create onboarding documentation and training materials that are clear, structured, and visually appealing
  • Ensure new hires have the right tools, systems access, and training from day one
  • Work closely with leadership to polish and refine onboarding communications
  • Use Workable ATS to customize and implement hiring workflows that improve efficiency and candidate experience
  • Set up integrations between Workable and other tools to automate processes and reduce manual work
  • Implement new tech solutions to optimize recruitment and onboarding, ensuring everything runs smoothly with minimal friction
  • Work directly with high-level team members, ensuring all recruiting and onboarding processes meet leadership expectations
  • Make everything look clean, organized, and professional, from email templates to documentation and dashboards
  • Continuously experiment, iterate, and improve how we attract, hire, and onboard talent
