Tom Lavery is the CEO and Founder of Jiminny, a company that provides employee engagement technology to the world’s leading companies. Prior to Jiminny, Tom was the Senior Vice President at Reward Gateway from July 2008 to July 2016. Tom was responsible for two MBOs, $40m to Inflexion PE then $220m to Great Hill Partners in 2015. Tom has also worked as the Sales & Membership Manager at David Lloyd Leisure from June 2007 to August 2008.
Tom Lavery studied sports and marketing at Chichester College.
