Fanny van Gameren is currently a Projectondersteuner at JINC, a position held since February 2023, focusing on the Research & Development team, after previously serving as a Projectassistent in the same team. Prior to JINC, Fanny worked at Tactile from July 2022 to May 2024, providing support for various tech startup services at events ranging from festivals to orientation weeks, and at Tzorg in the home care sector from November 2021 to August 2022. Fanny van Gameren earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Leiden University between 2020 and 2023 and completed a minor in Neurosciences at Erasmus University Rotterdam from August to November 2022. Early education was completed at Marnix Gymnasium from September 2013 to July 2019.

JINC

Every child is talented, including the 240,000 children in the Netherlands growing up in an environment with fewer role models with which to identify. JINC strives for a society in which a child’s background does not determine their future; a society in which every child gets a fair chance. In order to reach that goal, we help young people between the ages of 8 and 16 get off to a good start on the labour market. Through the JINC programme, they get acquainted with various professions, find out what kind of work suits their talents, and learn how to apply for a job. In this way, every year, JINC gives more than 80,000 children the opportunity to grow. JINC works in cooperation with schools and business partners. Their financial support and expertise are indispensable. But partners get something valuable in return: the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and a new way of investing in their companies, by strengthening their bond with society and offering their employees an inspiring experience.
