Hanneke Janssen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and the travel industry. Currently serving as a Senior Projectmedewerker at JINC since September 2021, Hanneke focuses on empowering children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Prior experience includes working as a Bemonsteraar at GGD regio Utrecht, facilitating COVID-19 testing. Hanneke founded Mooi Vakanties, managing a team to organize global travel for clients from inception in 2007 until its closure in 2020. Former roles at Summum Reizen include Brandmanager, Productmanager, and Reisbegeleider, specializing in group travel to various international destinations. Hanneke holds a degree from Utrecht University and has furthered studies at Université Savoie Mont Blanc.

JINC
Every child is talented, including the 240,000 children in the Netherlands growing up in an environment with fewer role models with which to identify. JINC strives for a society in which a child’s background does not determine their future; a society in which every child gets a fair chance. In order to reach that goal, we help young people between the ages of 8 and 16 get off to a good start on the labour market. Through the JINC programme, they get acquainted with various professions, find out what kind of work suits their talents, and learn how to apply for a job. In this way, every year, JINC gives more than 80,000 children the opportunity to grow. JINC works in cooperation with schools and business partners. Their financial support and expertise are indispensable. But partners get something valuable in return: the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and a new way of investing in their companies, by strengthening their bond with society and offering their employees an inspiring experience.
