Irene Koster is a seasoned loopbaancoach currently working at James Loopbaan and OOMT since May 2024, specializing in coaching and training skilled professionals in the motor vehicle sector. Irene also volunteers as a trainer/coach at JINC, focusing on job application skills for VMBO students. Prior experience includes serving as a loopbaancoach and vakbondsconsulent at CNV Vakmensen from September 2021 to May 2024, and completing a practice-oriented coaching training program while mentoring young professionals. Irene's earlier roles include Assistant Manager at Highland Group from August 2015 to January 2021, where notable improvements were made in hotel ratings, and conducting a research project on internal communication for the Ministry of Justice and Security. Irene's educational background encompasses a range of qualifications in communication and human resources, including a Bachelor of Applied Science from Hanze University and a post-HBO qualification in career advising.
JINC
Every child is talented, including the 240,000 children in the Netherlands growing up in an environment with fewer role models with which to identify. JINC strives for a society in which a child’s background does not determine their future; a society in which every child gets a fair chance. In order to reach that goal, we help young people between the ages of 8 and 16 get off to a good start on the labour market. Through the JINC programme, they get acquainted with various professions, find out what kind of work suits their talents, and learn how to apply for a job. In this way, every year, JINC gives more than 80,000 children the opportunity to grow. JINC works in cooperation with schools and business partners. Their financial support and expertise are indispensable. But partners get something valuable in return: the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and a new way of investing in their companies, by strengthening their bond with society and offering their employees an inspiring experience.
