Rianne van der Meer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR consulting, talent development, and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Projectmedewerker at JINC since February 2022, Rianne focuses on empowering children from underprivileged backgrounds. Previously, Rianne held the role of Talent Development Specialist at PEAK-IT, overseeing employee recruitment and journey processes from August 2018 to April 2021. Rianne has also worked as an HR consultant and trainer from May 2013 to July 2018, facilitating organizational development and social innovation. Additional freelance roles include HR consulting at Effectory, process facilitation at Amstel Vote B.V., and expertise in social innovation at SPRING TODAY. Rianne's background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and coaching training from NONONS.

JINC

Every child is talented, including the 240,000 children in the Netherlands growing up in an environment with fewer role models with which to identify. JINC strives for a society in which a child’s background does not determine their future; a society in which every child gets a fair chance. In order to reach that goal, we help young people between the ages of 8 and 16 get off to a good start on the labour market. Through the JINC programme, they get acquainted with various professions, find out what kind of work suits their talents, and learn how to apply for a job. In this way, every year, JINC gives more than 80,000 children the opportunity to grow. JINC works in cooperation with schools and business partners.
