Sander Tazelaar is an experienced professional with a diverse background in executive search, management, and community involvement. Currently serving as a member of Brabants Goed since January 2024, Tazelaar is also a partner at Dux Nova executive search since May 2017, focusing on the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors. Additional engagements include serving as a board member at Plein 11 and volunteering for JINC, which supports disadvantaged youth in their career development. Tazelaar is a member of Jong Management Kring West-Brabant, fostering connections among young entrepreneurs and managers. Previous roles include business manager and consultant at Kasparov Interim Financials, account manager in private banking at Rabobank, and various positions in project management and customer service. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Strategic Management from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s in Sports, Economics & Communication from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, along with Prince2 project management certification.

JINC
Every child is talented, including the 240,000 children in the Netherlands growing up in an environment with fewer role models with which to identify. JINC strives for a society in which a child’s background does not determine their future; a society in which every child gets a fair chance. In order to reach that goal, we help young people between the ages of 8 and 16 get off to a good start on the labour market. Through the JINC programme, they get acquainted with various professions, find out what kind of work suits their talents, and learn how to apply for a job. In this way, every year, JINC gives more than 80,000 children the opportunity to grow. JINC works in cooperation with schools and business partners. Their financial support and expertise are indispensable. But partners get something valuable in return: the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and a new way of investing in their companies, by strengthening their bond with society and offering their employees an inspiring experience.
