Adopting best-in-class governance practices, JFSL will operate through 5 subsidiaries (in which JFSL will have a controlling interest) – Jio Finance Ltd (JFL), Jio Payment Solutions Ltd (JPSL), Jio Payments Bank (JPB), Jio Insurance Broking Ltd (JIBL) and Jio Industrial Investment Holding Ltd (JIIHL). JFSL will maintain oversight on key strategic initiatives implemented in these subsidiaries and nurture new business opportunities.
