Steven Phuong

Steven Phuong has extensive experience in software quality assurance, currently serving as QA Team Leader and ERP Manager at Jio Health since May 2018. In this role, Steven has taken on various testing responsibilities and has been a Jira Site Administrator, earning a promotion to QA team leader in April 2019. Prior to Jio Health, Steven worked at Hitachi Vantara as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Testing Project Lead, where leadership was demonstrated in the CSVC project. At Swiss Post Solutions, Steven held the position of Software Quality Control, primarily leading the testing for the VAE project. Earlier experience includes a role in quality assurance at Gameloft, where skills in interruption testing were developed. Steven completed education at Ben Tre High School from 2002 to 2005.
