Nirmal Biswas is an experienced design professional currently serving as Associate Design Director and Lead UX at Jio Platforms Ltd. since March 2016, overseeing UX strategy, research, and innovation across various sectors including Telecom and Customer Support. Prior to this role, Nirmal held the position of Dy. GM - Lead UX at Studio Picatype from October 2011 to February 2016 and was previously the Founder and Design Director of the same company. Nirmal's career also includes significant experience as Senior Art Director at Network18 Media & Investments Limited, contributing to prominent brands such as Entrepreneur and Forbes Marquee. Earlier in the career, Nirmal worked as a Font Designer at CDAC, focusing on creating fonts for the Linux operating system.
