Martin Zych is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Jirav. Prior to this, they were the Finance Director at Zephyr Health Inc. from August 2013 to July 2015. During their time at Zephyr, they were responsible for finance work during the company's Series B fundraising process, which resulted in $15.6M in funding from Kleiner Perkins & Jafco Ventures. Martin also built operating budgets and financial plans, managed equity investment and venture debt, and brought the company in line with GAAP. Prior to Zephyr, Martin was an advisor at GradeEdge Inc from January 2013 to December 2015. Grade Edge is a company that brings transparency to education through deep analytics and insights. Before Grade Edge, Martin was the Finance Director at Limeade from July 2011 to August 2013. At Limeade, they were responsible for finance, accounting, and HR across all functional departments. Martin built a team of controllers, analysts, bookkeepers/office managers, and HR/recruiters. Prior to Limeade, Martin was a financial/business strategy analyst at Microsoft as a contractor from January 2007 to April 2007. Martin began their career as a controller at Atlas Accelerator from November 2006 to June 2011.
