Justin Arave is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in nonprofit financial management. As the Group Accounting Manager at Jitasa since June 2016, Justin has led a team managing over $2 million in annual revenue, supported role implementation, and contributed to the hiring and training of new accounting representatives. Previous roles at Jitasa included Client Delivery Specialist, where Justin improved internal efficiencies and maintained client relationships, as well as Accounting Associate/Supervisor, focusing on bookkeeping and compliance for national nonprofit clients. Justin's experience also includes an internship in Treasury Management at Zions Bank and a dual internship in Data Management at Northwest Cosmetic Labs. Justin holds an MBA and a BBA in Business Administration from Boise State University.
