Keith Trottier

Keith Trottier serves as the Senior Vice President of Technical Support & Professional Services at Jitterbit since February 2024. Previously, Trottier worked as a Client Services Consultant, assisting diverse clients including financial institutions and government sectors in enhancing customer success and operational excellence from February 2023 to February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Success Officer at SonicWALL Inc., where a focus was placed on improving customer effort and experience. Trottier also held a consultancy role from January 2014 to October 2016, delivering customer experience and project management services to high-tech companies. As Vice President of Customer Experience at Entrust from June 2007 to January 2014, Trottier transformed the support model, significantly increasing SaaS revenues and maintaining high customer renewal rates. Trottier holds a diploma in Database Development and Administration from Herzing, Ottawa.
