Les Wilsher has over 30 years of experience in sales and culinary roles, currently serving as an Area Sales Manager at JJ Food Service Limited since September 2001. Prior to this position, Les held the same title at McCain Foods from May 1992 to July 2001. Les began a career in the culinary field as a chef at various companies, including Smith Kline, Smith Kline & French, and Galaxo, from 1976 to 1992. Les completed education at Sele School from 1971 to 1976.
