Erin O'Brien has held various roles in the field of marketing throughout their career. Erin started in 2006 at CBI Laboratories as a Sales, Marketing, and Education Manager. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Avon, progressing from an Associate Brand Manager to a Senior Brand Manager, with a focus on cosmetics and skincare. Erin then joined Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Manager from 2015 to 2018. After that, they worked at Wayfair, where they served as the Head of Brand Promotions & Site Experience and later as the Associate Director of Brand Content, Promotions, and Site Experience. From 2020 to 2022, Erin worked at Capital One as the Head of Paid Social Acquisition for Capital One Bank. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Brand Marketing at J. Jill, starting in September 2022.

Erin O'Brien has a Master's degree in Liberal Arts Management and Marketing from Harvard University. Erin also holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
