Sergio Garces Prato is an experienced maintenance engineer and production supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing processes. Currently serving as a Maintenance Engineer Tech at JL Audio, Inc. since September 2021, Sergio oversees corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for speaker production lines and leads a team of 10 mechanics and electricians. Previously, at DemeTECH Corporation, from July 2019 to September 2021, Sergio managed 45 surgical mask production lines and 90 operators per shift while generating daily production reports. Prior roles include Team Leader/Supervisor at Zaimella USA, where responsibilities included overseeing a production line and managing various personnel, and Supervisor de Producción at Kimberly-Clark, focusing on lean manufacturing practices and production efficiency. Sergio holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica del Centro and two associate degrees in Industrial Production & Supervision and Business Administration from I.U.T Antonio Ricaurte.
