Betsy Dorn

Betsy Ballard is an accomplished Business Insights Manager at JL Buchanan since January 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles at Ulta Beauty, where Betsy worked as an Associate Planner and Inventory Analyst from May 2018 to January 2022, and at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. as an Assistant Planner for Better Special Sizes and Assistant Merchant in Cosmetics from June 2016 to May 2018. Betsy also gained experience as a National Account Manager intern at Coyote Logistics in 2015 and served as a Brand Ambassador for Periscope from June 2012 to August 2013. A graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management and Operational Management from the Kelley School of Business, Betsy completed the Executive Trainee Program in July 2016.
