Prior experience includes key positions at Cash Converters as Data Relationship Manager and Head of Customer Services & Collections, and at Provident Financial Group as Regional Operations Manager. Early career roles include Credit Risk Manager at London Scottish Bank and Branch Manager at HFC Bank PLC. Kerry McMillan holds a National Diploma in Senior Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and has academic qualifications in Business Administration and Health & Social Care.
