Ron Jones serves as the Board Chairman of MedeAnalytics and is a Strategic Advisor to JLL. He works closely with the MedeAnalytics leadership team and the marketing and customer teams to deliver value and insights that help the healthcare industry provide patients with better outcomes while also becoming more financially sustainable.
Ron is a 35-year veteran of the healthcare industry with deep expertise in technology solutions that address the dynamic needs of payers, health systems, and physicians in the areas of revenue cycle management, enterprise analytics, patient flow, clinical innovation, and connectivity. Ron additionally serves as an industry strategist and executive advisor to multiple healthcare companies with focuses in patient flow, EMRs, physician alignment strategies, post-acute care management and revenue cycle.
Ron held numerous senior leadership positions over his 10-year tenure at Optum, including president of provider markets and CEO of Optum360. He also served as the COO of SoftMed Systems and was a key senior leader at Cerner. He is a recognized industry leader with numerous speaking engagements on the use of technology to gain a strategic market advantage at healthcare conferences.
