Henrik Wikman has a diverse work history in the field of Compensation & Benefits and HR management. Henrik started their career in 1989 as an HR Manager at DHL, where they worked for 16 years. In 2003, they joined DHL Nordic Region as an HR Manager and Compensation & Benefits Manager. In 2005, Henrik moved to Pfizer, where they held roles as Compensation & Benefits Manager and later as Compensation & Benefits Manager for Nordic region until 2011. Since 2011, Henrik has been working at JM AB as the Head of Compensation & Benefits.
Henrik Wikman attended Umeå University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in HR development and Labor Relations.
