Ida Handell

Ida Handell is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at JM-ab since August 2016, focusing on both operational and strategic HR processes, including employee engagement, competency development, recruitment, rehabilitation processes, and labor law matters. Previously, Ida worked as an HR Specialist at Styrsöbolaget/Wise from January 2014 to May 2015, managing HR issues related to deck personnel, including recruitment and labor law. Between October 2008 and December 2013, Ida held various roles at Inhouse AB, including Recruitment Consultant and HR Consultant, responsible for the entire recruitment process and personnel management. Ida holds a Magisterexamen in Human Resources from Linköping University, completed in 2008, and is certified in the PAPI personality test (Cubiks).
