Charlie co-founded JMI and has over three decades of experience in the software industry. He is a former director of ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW). Since the early ’90s, Charlie has been president of the family investment company of John J. Moores, the founder and former chairman and CEO of BMC Software, Inc. Prior to joining JMI, he served as a managing director and co-head of Alex. Brown’s technology group. Charlie was also an investment associate in the treasury division of American Security Bank and at Pittsburgh National Bank. Charlie is a member of the board of directors of Authentify, Alex. Brown Realty, Inc. and Greystar Real Estate Partners. He also serves on the Center Stage Board of Trustees and the Board of Governors of St. Christopher’s School.
