James also designed sales and lead development processes and deployed Salesforce.com CRM system to sales. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Operations: Global Account Sales at EMC from December 1997 to October 2006 and the Director of Global Infrastructure and Applications at PerkinElmer, Inc. from January 1992 to December 1997. James started their career as a Senior Engineer/Engineering Manager at United Technologies from June 1986 to January 1992.

James Livigni completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Manhattan College and then went on to complete a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at the same school.
