Mark Britton

Mark Britton serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Global Consulting at JMJ Culture Transformation Consulting, where contributions to leadership and culture transformation in safety and high-performance organizations span nearly 30 years and 40 countries. As a Senior Partner at Encompass Consulting & Coaching and the founder of JMJ Associates, Mark focuses on transforming organizational performance and culture by fostering collaborative enterprises. Previous roles include CEO and various executive positions at JMJ Associates, a leading safety leadership consultancy, and assignments at BP in procurement and contracts. Mark holds multiple executive master's degrees in Consulting & Coaching for Change from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and HEC Paris, along with a Master of Science in Management of Change and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Sheffield Hallam University.
