Rod McCracken is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the engineering and construction industry. Currently serving in Special Projects at JMW Consultants since August 2017, Rod has successfully led transformative business initiatives in both Upstream and Downstream sectors. Prior to JMW, Rod held positions including Chief Operating Officer at IHI E&C International Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed engineering, procurement, and overall project execution, and Senior Director, where leadership focused on organizational transformation and performance enhancement. Additional notable roles include Executive Program Manager at Dynamic Industries, CEO of De Novo LLC, and various senior positions at BP, including Director of Large Vessel Decontamination during the Deepwater Horizon response. Rod's educational background includes an International Executive Program from INSEAD and management-related certifications from The Open University and Merchant Navy College.
